The AmGraph Group Invests in the Latest VUTEk Large Format Printer on the Back of Retail Sector Growth
The AmGraph Group has further invested in our large-format printing infrastructure with the addition of the latest EFI VUTEk LX3 Pro printer. The superwide-format LED inkjet will speed up the print process and increase output quality across the business’ main product lines of AGRetail, AGMedia, HDClear and Mall Wall.
The investment reflects the AmGraph’s positive outlook based on the continuing growth of our retail sector business. Brian Stewart, AmGraph’s President explained, “Retail is a crucial part of our strategy and we are committed to delivering industry-leading solutions and a premium level of service to meet the sectors’ needs.”
Mr. Stewart added, “Retail clients continue to seek innovative, high-quality printed solutions for stores and sales environments with a growing demand for large-format printing across a wide range of substrates.”
Crucially for the Group, the “cool cure” LED technology is a more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly print solution. The printer boasts low VOCs, lower power consumption, and less waste and consumables than non-LED alternatives.
The “cool cure” LED process has the added benefit of increasing the range of printable substrates. The lower temperatures mean much thinner materials can be passed through the VUTEk, offering clients new and innovative solutions to their printed graphics requirements.
At the other end of the spectrum, the versatile 3.2m hybrid flatbed/roll-fed printer is able to print on materials up to 2 inches thick. This makes the printer ideal for a wide range of retail items including banners, billboards, display and exhibition graphics, signage, printed window film, vehicle graphics and more.
Mr. Stewart continued, “The EFI VUTEk LX3 Pro was the obvious choice for our business. The new printer will deliver greater choice and flexibility for clients. In addition, it will enable us to deliver a high-quality product with quicker turnaround times, in some cases up to twice as fast.”
The printer’s options and print modes allow AmGraph to optimize the output to match specific client needs. Clients will benefit from the company’s ability to balance cost and speed of production with high quality four- and eight-color print modes.
The AmGraph Group is a hybrid of a creative advertising agency combined with a premium quality print production facility.
